Salary Details (Take Home Pay)
The salary structure is based on your experience level:
- Freshers (2022 to 2025 Batch):
- ₹11,700 Take Home per month.
- Note: This is part of the NATS/NAPS government scheme, so there are no ESI/PF benefits.
- Experienced (Min. 6 months + Proof):
- ₹14,000 Take Home per month.
- You must provide 3 months’ payslips, an experience letter, and an offer letter to be considered experienced.
- You will be eligible for ESI & PF benefits.
Mandatory System Requirements for Tech Mahindra
Candidates must have the following system to be eligible:
- Laptop: A personal laptop with i5 processor (or equivalent/higher), 8GB RAM, and Windows 10 Pro (or above).
- No Govt. Laptops: Government-issued laptops are not eligible.
- Internet: A stable broadband connection with a minimum speed of 30 MBPS.
- Interview: You must join the virtual interview using your laptop.
Job Description & Requirements
- Process: Domestic BPO – Inbound Voice Support for an E-commerce client.
- Language: Fluent Tamil and Average English (ability to read).
- Shifts: Rotational Shifts (24/7 environment).
- Working Days: 6 days working with 1 rotational week off.
- Working Hours: 9 hours login (includes 8 hours of productivity + 1-hour break).
- Qualification: Both Graduates (any degree) and Undergraduates can apply.
