Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Achieve Post-Training
As a future leader, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient functioning of the store. Your duties will include:
- Retail Operations: Execute daily store operations flawlessly, ensuring strict adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Team Leadership: Support, guide, and motivate a team of associates to deliver exceptional and consistent customer service.
- Merchandising Excellence: Ensure 100% compliance with planograms (POGs) and manage the successful execution of all in-store promotions.
- Loss Prevention: Proactively work with your team to minimize operational losses, including dump and shrinkage.
- Store Standards: Uphold the highest standards of store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual presentation at all times.
- Cost Management: Monitor the use of consumables to stay within budget and contribute to overall cost optimization.
Who We’re Looking For: Candidate Profile
We are looking for graduates who can bring their hospitality expertise to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (BHM) is mandatory.
- Eligible Batches: We are exclusively hiring from the 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduating classes.
- Key Skills:
- Strong foundation in Hospitality Management and Customer Service.
- Excellent Guest Relations and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Front Office or Food & Beverage Service is a plus.
