Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
As a GET, you will undergo a specific training program and then join our IT Infrastructure team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing L1 level monitoring support for systems like End-user, Database, Network, Windows, Linux, and Cyber Security.
- Monitoring and responding to alerts and incidents based on defined procedures.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, including backups, software updates, and patch installations.
- Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system performance.
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of system configurations and changes.
- Escalating issues to senior team members when necessary and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Eligibility and Mandatory Criteria

- Educational Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech (All streams except Civil and Mechanical).
- BCA or BSc (Any stream, including Computers, IT, Data Science, Electronics, etc.).
- Pass-out Batch: 2025 Only.
- Academic Criteria:
- A minimum of 65% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
- Work Requirements (Mandatory):
- Must be flexible to work in shifts, including rotational shifts.
- Must be willing to work from the office (WFO) 5 days a week.
- Location: The base location is Bangalore, but candidates must be willing to relocate to client sites across India as per business needs.
- Key Skills:
- Basic knowledge of network, compute, and cloud environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
