Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
This role involves handling customer queries and providing excellent service. Key responsibilities include:
- Multi-Channel Support: Comfortably and flexibly manage customer interactions via voice, email, and chat as per business needs.
- Customer Service: Handle customer queries effectively, understand their issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Communication: Maintain a high standard of professional communication (both verbal and written).
Eligibility and Mandatory Criteria

- Education: Graduates and undergraduates are both eligible to apply.
- Communication: Must have Good Verbal and Written English communication skills.
- Location: Hiring is open only for candidates from Non-Metro Cities.
- Experience: 0-3 years. Experienced BPO candidates are preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- Shifts: Must be flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts (6 days working with 1 rotational week off).
- Age: Maximum eligible age is 40 years.
- Tech Requirement: Must have your own system (Laptop/Desktop) and a good broadband connection.
- Joining: Immediate joiners are preferred.
