Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do in Jindal
- Operate and monitor high-volume production machinery for aluminium extrusion, casting, or rolling processes.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of all mechanical/electrical systems and perform regular preventive maintenance.
- Support shift engineers in process improvements and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Maintain accurate production data, log process parameters, and keep detailed quality records.
- Strictly follow all company safety procedures and maintain 5S/housekeeping standards.
- Assist in continuous improvement projects, including cost-reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with the quality and maintenance teams to achieve daily production targets.
Salary, Agreement & Benefits
This role is a trainee position with a 3-year service agreement and a structured path to a permanent Engineer role.
Salary & Benefits (1st Year):
- Monthly Gross Salary: ₹18,000/-
- Monthly Take-Home (Estimated): ₹13,000/-
- Additional Benefits: Free Accommodation + Free Food
3-Year Service Agreement Details:
- This is a 3-year training and development agreement with annual performance-based increments.
- Security Deposit: A portion of your gross salary will be deducted and held as a deposit (₹3,000/month in 1st year, ₹4,000/month in 2nd year, etc.) until a total of ₹1,50,000 is collected.
- Full Payout: This entire deposit amount of ₹1,50,000 will be paid back to you upon successful completion of the 3-year agreement.
- Career Progression: After completing 3 years, your designation will be promoted to Engineer / Senior Engineer.
