Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-level resolution and demonstrating empathetic customer care.
- Handling customer objections, building rapport, and ensuring smooth resolutions.
- Staying well-informed about all product updates and internal tools.
- Accurately logging tickets, tracking cases, and ensuring timely follow-up with customers.

Please ensure you meet all the following mandatory criteria:
- Education: Any Full-time Graduate (Candidates with active backlogs are not eligible).
- Communication: Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal in English).
- Shifts: Must be willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including US time zones (Night Shifts).
- Work Mode: This is a 100% Work from Office role. No hybrid or remote work option is available.
- Training: Must be ready to complete all client-specific training.
- Preferred: A basic understanding of customer support or any relevant certification is a plus.
