Jio is expanding its team and looking for experienced Customer Support Representatives for the Advisor Mobility profile. This is a permanent, full-time, work-from-home opportunity with 15 openings available.
This role involves a blended process (handling both voice and non-voice queries) and is open to candidates with 1 to 6 years of BPO experience. Please note, this position is hiring only from Non-Metro Cities.

Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
- Handle customer queries for Jio’s mobility services through a blended process (includes voice and non-voice interactions).
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
- Maintain a high standard of professional communication, both verbal and written.
- Understand and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Eligibility and Mandatory Criteria
Please ensure you meet all the following requirements before applying:
- Experience: 1 to 6 years. Experienced BPO candidates are preferable.
- Communication: Must have Good Verbal and Written English communication skills.
- Location: Hiring is open only for candidates from Non-Metro Cities.
- Education: Graduates and Undergraduates are both eligible.
- Shifts: Must be flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts (6 days working, 1 rotational week off).
- Age: Maximum age limit is 40 years.
- Tech Requirement: Must have your own system (Laptop/Desktop) and a stable 10 MBPS WiFi connection.
- Joining: Immediate joiners are preferred.
