Blue Star, a leader in Consumer Electronics & Appliances, is seeking a young, analytical, and detail-oriented Electronics Engineer to join our Quality department. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our modern Wada Factory in Palghar District.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate (0-1 year experience) to build a deep expertise in modern quality assurance systems, including 7QC tools, Six Sigma, and SAP.

Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
Your primary goal will be to ensure product and process quality through analysis, documentation, and coordination.
- PPM Analysis & Quality Tools:
- Monitor and analyze field complaints (PPM) to identify trends.
- Use 7QC tools, Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma to drive corrective actions against rejections.
- Analyze customer complaints and implement robust corrective actions.
- Quality Systems & Documentation (QMS):
- Prepare Quality MIS and MRM (Management Review Meeting) reports.
- Follow all QMS (ISO 9001:2015) requirements.
- Prepare Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) reports.
- Develop and manage PFMEA, Control Plans, and the PPAP Process.
- Coordination & Troubleshooting:
- Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Design) and external teams (Service, Sales) for immediate issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot production line issues related to drawings, component fitment, and quality.
- Identify drawing mistakes and communicate effectively with the design team via ECRs (Engineering Change Requests).
- SAP & Safety:
- Perform all quality-related activities in SAP (e.g., quality clearance, inspection plan creation, managing non-conforming parts).
- Ensure all safety practices and processes (as per ISO 45001) are followed.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education: UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering.
- Experience: 0 – 1 Year of experience, ideally in a Manufacturing Quality environment.
